Electrical & ELV Estimation Engineer

To prepare precise and competitive cost estimates for MEP electrical and ELV systems by reviewing tender documents, performing quantity take-offs, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting the tendering process, ensuring profitability and technical compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze tender drawings, specifications, and documents for MEP electrical & ELV scope. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, bills of quantities (BOQ), and cost breakdowns. Collect and evaluate quotations from suppliers/subcontractors for materials and specialized ELV systems. Coordinate with design, QS, and project teams to ensure accurate cost and technical submissions. Develop cost-saving alternatives and value engineering options to improve competitiveness. Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals for tenders.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Electrical / MEP Engineering or equivalent. 3-6 years of experience in

MEP Electrical & ELV estimation

with contracting/engineering companies. Proven track record in tendering for commercial, residential, or industrial MEP projects Strong knowledge of MEP systems and ELV solutions (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Data, PA/BGM, etc.). Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation tools. Analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially aware. Good communication and coordination skills. Willingness to travel overseas as and when required

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
