Job Summary:

We are seeking passionate and committed individuals with an M.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, guiding student projects, and contributing to departmental activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures and practical sessions for undergraduate students in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments as per curriculum standards. Supervise laboratory work and final-year projects. Mentor and guide students in academic and career development. Participate in departmental meetings, academic events, and quality improvement initiatives. Engage in research and publications (encouraged but not mandatory for freshers). Assist in curriculum development and continuous course improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

M.Tech / M.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (from a recognized university). B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with good academic record. Strong communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Ability to use modern teaching tools and learning management systems.

Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage):

UGC NET/SET qualification (not mandatory). Prior teaching or research experience (for experienced candidates). Published research papers in reputed journals/conferences.
