We are seeking a 1-2 years experience candidate to work with our engineering solar team on solar projects. Must be a self-starter, with strong team management, design, QC, and development experience. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with PV solar design.

Responsibilities and Duties

Generation of PV system designs using CAD tools to show Site layouts, Roof Layouts, Structural Cross Sections, Electrical One and Three-line diagrams, and component installation details.

Create a solar design for Residential and Commercial projects. Understand and utilize BOS components. Assist in developing and improving design tools. Manage the team and apply QC checks on completed work.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of 2D CAD and basic electrical fundamentals.

Drafting, QC, and Team Management Experience. Strong knowledge of photovoltaic system design and optimizing system components for energy production. 1+ years of Design experience. Diploma or Bachelor's degree conferred in Electrical and Mechanical engineering Good working knowledge of MS Office programs, specifically Word and Excel. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have the ability to manage a team and to do Quality Control for the drawings. International experience or exposure will be a plus!
