Position Overview

We are looking for a

skilled Electrical Draftsman

to create accurate technical drawings and layouts for electrical systems in our projects. The ideal candidate should have

2+ years of experience

in electrical drafting, strong proficiency in CAD software, and a solid understanding of electrical layouts, schematics, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Drawings & Drafting

Prepare

detailed electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics

for projects. Modify and revise designs based on project requirements and site conditions. Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

Coordination & Documentation

Work closely with project engineers and site teams to ensure accurate drafting. Maintain and update records of drawings, revisions, and approvals. Assist in preparing BOQs and technical documents as needed.

Technical Support & Site Coordination

Provide technical support to the engineering team by interpreting drawings. Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding electrical layouts. Conduct site visits when necessary to ensure implementation aligns with drawings.

Compliance & Standards

Ensure all designs adhere to

electrical codes, standards, and safety guidelines

. Stay updated with the latest electrical drafting tools and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

Experience

: Minimum

2 years

as an Electrical Draftsman in electrical contracting or construction.

Education

: Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or relevant certification in drafting.

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD (mandatory), Revit (preferred), and MS Office.

Technical Knowledge

: Understanding of

single-line diagrams (SLD), cable routing, lighting layouts, panel schedules, and electrical symbols

.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
