Job Purpose:

To design and develop

control wiring diagrams

,

electrical schematics

, and

panel layouts

for transformer control and protection systems -- including OTI/WTI instruments, annunciation panels, and related electrical control systems.

.

Key Responsibilities:Design & Documentation

Prepare

control wiring diagrams

, terminal drawings, and interconnection schematics for transformer control systems. Design and develop

electrical layouts

for OTI/WTI control panels, annunciators, and temperature monitoring systems. Create and update

AutoCAD Electrical drawings

and ensure adherence to design standards. Prepare

Bill of Materials (BOM)

and ensure correct component selection (relays, CTs, sensors, switches, connectors, etc.). Develop design documentation for manufacturing and testing teams.

Technical Support

Provide technical guidance during panel wiring, assembly, and testing. Assist in fault diagnosis, modification, and improvement of existing control systems. Support production, testing, and quality teams in solving electrical design-related issues. Coordinate with R&D for prototype designs and product enhancements.

Project & Coordination

Understand customer specifications, transformer control logics, and project wiring requirements. Ensure all designs comply with

electrical safety standards (IS/IEC)

. Coordinate with vendors for component selection and alternate approvals.

Candidate Profile:Qualification:

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in

control wiring design / electrical panel design

in

transformer or power control panel industry

. Hands-on experience in

AutoCAD Electrical

and control circuit design.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of

transformer control circuits, OTI/WTI wiring, and alarm logic

. Familiar with

sensors (RTD PT100)

,

relays

,

contactors

,

temperature controllers

, and

annunciators

. Understanding of

panel wiring, terminal layouts, and schematic preparation

. Ability to read, interpret, and develop

single line and control wiring diagrams

.

Soft Skills:

Good communication and teamwork. Attention to detail and quality-oriented. Ability to work independently on technical assignments.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
