Profile of Electrical Design engineer Qualification: Engineering Graduate Or Diploma with more than five years of experience Electrical Engineers- Electrical Design Engineer To study the tender & build concept along with mechanical design team, discussion with customer before & after quote to understand the requirement. Design and draw an electrical line diagram, schematic and wiring diagrams of Drives and PLC control panel. Prepare a bill of materials for electrical/controls types of equipment and release it to manufacturing with an internal engineering control management process and follow the revision control process Preparation of technical specifications, data sheets, order specification, BOM, technical recommendation for electrical control equipment and electrical package units for motors, devices, PLC Coordinating with supplier for the quote & receipt of the same, coordinating with sales team, application engineers and Mechanical Design & supervising programmer, electrician of the project including Evaluate and analyze the bill of material accuracy, quality, exclusions, and project specification requirements. Make the General Alignment for the fabrication of the control panel size as per IEC Standards and provide support to manufacturing with internal stake holders to resolve the issues. Involved in panel testing, configuring drivers and checking all the inputs and outputs of PLC.
