Design and develop control panels, MCC, PCC, PLC panels, and VFD panels, meeting industry standards and client specifications.
Create and review detailed electrical drawings, including power circuit diagrams, single line diagrams (SLD), I/O drawings, and cable schedules.
Utilize Electrical AutoCAD and EPLAN software for accurate design and layout of panels and systems.
Component & System Selection:
Select appropriate switchgear, drives, PLC requirements, control logic, I/O counts, and special modules based on project specifications.
Evaluate and choose sensors, actuators, displays, and other essential components for project requirements, considering factors like performance, reliability, and cost.
Design PLC system architecture and work with Mitsubishi PLCs to meet application-specific needs.
System Design & Documentation:
Develop P&ID diagrams, system architecture, and networking solutions for complex control systems.
Prepare grounding diagrams, loop diagrams, single line diagrams, AC/DC power distribution layouts, earthing drawings, label drawings, installation layouts, and system wiring diagrams.
Generate and maintain Bills of Material (BOM) and ensure accuracy and completeness for project execution.
Project Coordination & Customer Interaction:
Collaborate with clients to present designs, discuss technical requirements, and obtain drawing approvals.
Support project execution and testing phases, including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), to ensure compliance with client specifications.
Provide expert advice on project estimation, costing, and quality assurance documentation.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
Ensure designs comply with relevant standards and regulations, implementing quality control measures to maintain high standards.
Prepare quality assurance documentation to support project quality requirements and streamline project approvals.
