:

• Packaging of EE components in accordance with vehicle architecture & surroundings.oIdentify EE change parts list to meet feature list requirement for a project.oTo understand feature list, variant or Personas matrix understanding, impact on ECUs, Change part list preparation and understanding vehicle aggregates modules creation for System and Sub System like(infotainment system, ADAS System, Cluster, Engine management System)oSupport generating vehicle electrical integration requirements.oBOM and Spec Freeze as p er feature list.oBOM matrix for all trim levels based on latest versions of feature list for EE aggregates.oConduct & lead DMU r eview, feedback, suggestion for issue resolution & co-ordination with Designers.oFeasibility check of packaging E&E aggregate with in styling theme. oParticipation in packaging/styling review meetings.oSpace claim models for New or Carryover modified parts.o Design of plastic metal/plastic brackets as per component packaging.oTo ensure 3D/2D drawing correctness and release in PLM withi n stipulated time.oPreparation of Complexity matrix as per VC.oDMU review for closure of all DMU, VLO, SE, Mfg issues.oEnsure & Track for software strategy defined & agreed with software COC.oECU software releases in PLM Teamcenter.oE&E support in prepar ation of Service and Owner's manual.oProto build co-ordination & issue resolution support.oParticipation in design review / sugg estions for issue resolution.oTCUA, DML, Engineering change management process awareoDesign Validation plan (DVP)/ CTR- sign-off with CFT, supplier & IDT. oVehicle Build (Alpha, BETA, PO, PP, SOP) Internal Stake-holder Coordination.oMINT3, BITS, VLO, CIB, QIB Issue Closure in Mint 3 Champion.oEngineering Sign-off with CFT.oSTN and Homologation documentationoTracking of EOL tool development oShould have knowledge of CATIA V5, Team Centre, TCUA, VIS MOCK UP Preferred Skills & Knowledge: oExperience in p ackaging EE components, integration, concept development.oBasic knowledge of latest features, technologies, and trends, processing / manufacturing techniques desirable.oExposure of milestones/ stages in vehicle/product development cycle, time plan, interrelatio n of various activities.oExpertise in software like TCUA & Catia v5.(Part Design, Sheet metal design, Surface design, Assembly mod ules)oGood knowledge ECU, software, EOL diagnostic ProtocoloKnowledge of international process standards like TS, AIS, and ECE w ill be added advantage.oWorking knowledge of problem-solving techniques and design optimization, Benchmarking, Warranty Analysis, Cost Reduction, Value Engg.oKnowledge of Electronics parts ted products will be added advantage.oKnowledge of DFA, DFS, DFM DVA, process and cross functional interactionoWorking knowledge of MINT3, RMDVV and other internal systems.oExcellent communication skills. Ability to work with cross functional team to achieve the required functional / cost / weight /timing & quality.
