Job Summary :

As a Design and Estimation Engineer at HARSHAL ELECTRICALS, you will play a crucial role in the electrical panel manufacturing process. You will be responsible for creating detailed designs, cost estimations, and ensuring the feasibility of projects. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, creativity, and a strong understanding of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development :

Develop detailed electrical panel designs based on project specifications, industry standards, and customer requirements.
Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant tools to create accurate and efficient panel layouts.

Estimation and Costing :

Prepare comprehensive project cost estimates, considering materials, labor, and overhead costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.

Technical Analysis :

Conduct technical analysis to assess the feasibility and practicality of proposed designs.
Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards.

Collaboration :

Coordinate with sales, project management, and production teams to understand project requirements and constraints.
Engage in effective communication to address design-related queries and provide technical support.

Documentation :

Create and maintain detailed documentation of designs, specifications, and estimation reports.
Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in electrical panel design and estimation within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
