-Design Engineer:

Designation : Design Engineer

Qualification : Diploma/BE(EEE)

Exp : 2-10Year( Electrical panel design(Control panel, relay panel, synchronizing panel, MCC, PCC, CT & PT, Calculation, PLCPanel).

Software Knowledge : Autocad, Eplan-P8, Ms-Office

Additional Knowledge : Relay setting Calculation for protection relay

.Design of electrical control panels, LT control panels. (PCC, MCC), Design calculation (Electrical load calculation, Relay setting calculation, transformer sizing calculation, Field cable Sizing calculation, Capacitor sizing calculation, UPS sizing calculation, Heat load calculation, Dialux calculation) Layout drawing preparation, design, development, modification of Electrical hardware systems, Selection of OEM components

.Engineering drawings - Single line drawings, control schematic drawings, general arrangement drawings, technical bill of materials, Loop diagrams, Panel Layout Diagrams and other layouts drawings

.Selection of switchgear components, OEM components cables, control panels, PLC's, relays & other miscellaneous electrical hardware

Preparation of production related drawings for manufacturing & Co-ordination with production team for smooth execution of projects

.Preparation of As-built Drawings.

Preparation of Layout drawing (Electrical Layout, Earthing Layout, Lighting Layout) & Dialux Calculation.

.Design calculation

Review tender documents, drawings & schedules in detail and develop clear understanding the scope of work and responsibilities.

Project co-ordination, time scheduling & team management

Preparing SLD, GA, SCH, BOM, Detailed Diagrams for MCC, PCC, APFC, DB's & AMF panels, as per the customer requirements

Getting approval on the drawings, design & project execution related activities
