Job Description

Must-Have Skills: o Strong experience with Xpedition tool and Allegro, Altium CAD tools. Preferably Xpedition tool o Proficient in Teamcenter PLM system. o Solid understanding of PCB layout design fundamentals and manufacturing feasibility. o Good knowledge of BoM creation and maintenance. o Teamwork and Co-ordination o Independently work directly with clients and collaborate with hardware and mechanical teams to support end-to-end project execution. o Hands-on experience in high-speed multi-layer PCB layout, including component placement, constraint setup, routing, DFM checks, and final Gerber release. o Strong knowledge of HDI PCB layouts, including blind, buried, and micro via technologies. o Good knowledge of signal integrity, thermal management, and EMI/EMC concepts for PCB design. o PCB Footprint creation and validation as per IPC Standards o Good understanding of PCB Manufacturing processes, technology and Surface Mount assembly process. o Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision o Strong time-management skills, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with PCB Cad tools and engineering documentation standards.
• Knowledge of procedure writing and technical documentation best practices.
• Awareness of design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA). o Prior experience in a regulated or high-precision industry is an added advantage.

Qualifications: o Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and communication Engineering or a related field.
