Role Overview

We are seeking an

Electrical Design Engineer - HD Panels

with strong OEM background to lead the

design, costing, and execution of high-density electrical panels and associated systems

. The role involves

panel design, vendor coordination, and project execution

while ensuring strict compliance with

global standards, safety norms, and client specifications

.

Key Responsibilities1. Design & Application Engineering

Develop

detailed HD panel designs, layouts, and single-line diagrams (SLDs)

. Perform

load calculations, cable sizing, and component selection

for HD panels. Ensure compliance with

IEC, IEEE, NFPA, ISO, and local regulatory standards

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver

customized and application-specific solutions

.

2. Estimation & Costing

Prepare

accurate BOMs and cost estimations

for HD panels and auxiliary systems. Evaluate vendor quotations and negotiate

techno-commercial offers

. Drive

cost optimization

while ensuring adherence to OEM and global standards.

3. Panel Building & Vendor Management

Oversee

panel fabrication and assembly

, ensuring quality and adherence to design. Work closely with

vendors, suppliers, and fabricators

for timely delivery. Build and maintain strong vendor relationships; evaluate vendor performance and capabilities.

4. Compliance & Documentation

Prepare

technical datasheets, compliance reports, and client submission documents

. Stay updated with

OEM practices, latest technologies, and industry standards

.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in

HD panels, switchgear, LV/MV systems, and control circuits

. Proven skills in

panel design, costing, vendor management, and panel building

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, EPLAN, or equivalent electrical design software

. Ability to prepare and review

technical & commercial proposals

. Excellent

vendor coordination, project execution, and communication skills

.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in

Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)

or equivalent.

5-10 years' relevant experience

in HD panel design, costing, vendor management, and panel building (preferably in OEM environments). Exposure to

leading OEMs and global panel-building standards

highly desirable.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
