We are seeking a skilled

Electrical Design Engineer

who can independently handle the design and development of electrical systems used in

industrial automation equipment

,

weighbridges

, and

crane control panels

.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop electrical circuits, panels, and wiring diagrams for weighbridges, EOT cranes, and control systems. Create detailed electrical drawings using AutoCAD Electrical or similar software. Select appropriate electrical components (relays, contactors, drives, sensors, PLCs, etc.) Ensure compliance with electrical and safety standards (IEC/IS). Collaborate with the production team to resolve design-related issues during panel assembly or machine testing. Support service/installation team with technical documentation and remote troubleshooting. Maintain and update BOMs, layout diagrams, and wiring schedules.

Key Skills Required:

Electrical Panel Design & Wiring Layouts AutoCAD Electrical / EPLAN / Similar CAD Tools PLC Programming Basics (Siemens / Delta / Schneider preferred) Understanding of Load Cell Systems and Industrial Sensors Knowledge of Drives, Starters, Control Relays, and Protection Devices Strong understanding of 3-phase circuits, motor starters, and control logic Familiarity with EOT crane control systems and weighing electronics (preferred) Documentation and BOM preparation Electrical Safety & Standard Compliance

Qualifications:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics Engineering Experience: 2 to 15 years in industrial machine/equipment design field (Freshers with strong academic projects may also apply)

Salary:

25,000 -
45,000 per month (Based on experience)
