We IPAC Automation executed more than 100 projects in Control System Projects, Instrumentation and Electrical Detailing & Designing Projects in domains of BIW shops, Oil & Gas Industry, Refinery, Power Plant, Pharmaceuticals and Building Automation across the globe. We are working in Field Instrumentation detailing-designing, Electrical Detailing, Building Management System and Control systems.

Sr.Electrical Design Engineer / Electrical Design Engineer

Years of Experience-

2 to 6 years

Pune.

Education Qualification-

B.E./B-Tech in - Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication.

Roles, Responsibilities and Technical Skills Required -

1. 2+ years of experience in electrical design, particularly in the automotive or manufacturing industry, with a focus on

fixture and control panel design for BIW lines

.

2. Hands-on experience with designing electrical systems for automotive production line fixtures and control panels.

3. Familiarity with automotive industry standards, including ISO, IEC, UL, and CE regulations.

4. Proficiency in electrical CAD software such as

AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN

, or similar tools for designing wiring diagrams, control panels, and fixture electrical systems.

5. Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, sensors, actuators, and control components used in automotive manufacturing.

6. Understanding of electrical system integration for automated manufacturing environments.

7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues during design, testing, and production stages.

8. Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, project managers, and production teams.

9. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

10. Certification in control systems (e.g., Siemens PLC, Allen Bradley) or electrical safety standards.

11. Knowledge of automotive production standards and safety requirements is a plus.
