Major Responsibilities of this Role:

Monitor daily design activities of direct reporting staff and provide necessary guidance and support. Responsible for creating

Electrical Drawings

as per project and client requirements.

Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience in AutoCAD and EPlan

is a must. Prepare

Single Line Diagrams (SLD)

as per client specifications. Develop

General Arrangement (GA), Fabrication, and Internal General Arrangement drawings

. Prepare accurate and detailed

Bill of Materials (BOM)

. Coordinate with the Automation Systems Department to gather required data for preparing relevant drawings. Collaborate with departments such as

Quality Control, Production, Marketing, and Purchase

for required changes and improvements in product quality. Obtain client approval for drawing documents when specifically requested by the customer. Ensure all drawings are completed accurately and within the defined timelines. Review and validate the work done by team members to maintain quality standards. Maintain a proper record of all drawing revisions and ensure traceability. Demonstrate the ability and willingness to

learn new tools and technologies

. Set performance

targets for the team

and work towards achieving them effectively. Encourage and adopt

innovative methods

to improve efficiency and reduce design cycle time. Complete all tasks assigned by seniors in a timely and professional manner. Delegate work effectively to direct reports based on their capabilities and project needs. Efficiently handle

multiple assignments

while ensuring quality and delivery timelines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
