Electrical Design Engineer (AutoCAD / EPLAN)

We are looking for a

Skilled Electrical Design Engineer

with strong expertise in

AutoCAD and EPLAN

for 2D drafting, panel sheet metal works, busbar drawings, and control wiring. The role requires excellent knowledge of

electrical panel design and documentation

with close coordination between design and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

2D electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts

using

AutoCAD & EPLAN

. Design

panel sheet metal drawings, busbar layouts, and control wiring diagrams

. Create

BOMs (Bill of Materials)

and ensure technical accuracy of drawings. Coordinate with the production team to ensure

design feasibility and manufacturability

. Update and maintain drawings based on

customer requirements & engineering changes

. Ensure compliance with

industry standards, safety regulations, and quality norms

. Provide

technical support

during panel assembly, wiring, and testing stages.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD & EPLAN

(2D Drafting, Electrical Schematic Design). Strong knowledge of

panel design, busbar drawings, and control wiring

. Understanding of

sheet metal fabrication for electrical enclosures

. Ability to interpret and prepare

wiring diagrams, GA drawings, and single-line diagrams

. Good knowledge of

electrical components, switchgear, and wiring practices

.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in

LV/MV electrical panels, switchgear, and control panels

. Familiarity with

standards (IEC/IS)

related to electrical design. Knowledge of

ERP / PLM systems

for design and documentation.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,517.77 - ₹35,162.79 per month
