Panel Design & Engineering
: Develop comprehensive general arrangement (GA) drawings, control logic schematics, and Bill of Materials (BOM) for synchronization panels.
Synchronization Schemes:
Design automatic and manual synchronization systems, including auto-start, auto-stop, and auto-load sharing logic to optimize generator efficiency and engine life.
Protection Logic:
Implement complex protection schemes for reverse power, over/under frequency, over/under voltage, and earth faults.
Quality & Compliance:
Ensure all panel designs adhere to project specifications and international safety standards (e.g., IEC 61439 for LV switchgear).
Commissioning Support:
Provide technical guidance during the factory acceptance test (FAT) and site commissioning of DG synchronization systems.
