Inspacco is a tech-driven, full-stack platform for facility setup, repair, and maintenance

services, catering to enterprises with distributed facilities across India.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Department Lead to head our

Electrical Services division. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise,

leadership abilities, and proven experience in managing electrical projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities

? Lead Electrical Department, overseeing day-to-day operations and project execution.

? Plan, design, and supervise electrical projects, ensuring compliance with safety and

quality standards.

? Coordinate with cross-functional teams, partners, and clients to deliver projects on

time and within budget.

? Review technical specifications, BOQs, drawings, and partner quotations for accuracy

and cost-effectiveness.

? Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and interns in the team.

? Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and organizational safety protocols.

? Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical solutions during project

execution.

? Prepare progress reports and update management on project status.

Eligibility Criteria

? Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).

? Min. 4 years of professional experience in Electrical Projects/ Ops/ Management.

? Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.

? Proven track record of leading a team and handling multiple projects simultaneously.

? Excellent communication, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.
