This role requires strong technical understanding of electrical systems and proven expertise in turnkey project marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple project segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Electrical Consultants, PMCs, Architects, and Builders.
Present company capabilities, credentials, and project case studies to generate qualified inquiries.
Work closely with design and execution teams to provide technical solutions tailored to client needs.
Represent the organization at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
Develop and implement strategic marketing and outreach plans.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback for continuous improvement.
Skills & Competencies Required
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of electrical systems, HT/LT installations, and turnkey project execution.
Marketing & Business Development
Proven ability in lead generation, strategic outreach, and closing high-value projects.
Client Relationship Management
Ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Communication & Presentation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong proposal and presentation ability.

Ability to influence decision-makers and negotiate commercial terms effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum
15 years
of experience in
electrical turnkey projects or electrical contracting
.
Experience working with industrial plants, commercial complexes, data centres, or premium residential projects.
Strong network with consultants, PMCs, architects, and builders.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, site visits, and business development.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
