. This role is suited for professionals who are comfortable working on live projects and coordinating closely with multidisciplinary teams.
Role Responsibilities:
Prepare and develop
electrical BIM models
using Revit
Produce coordinated layouts in line with
project standards and client requirements
Support
model coordination and clash resolution
with architectural and other MEP disciplines
Generate
shop drawings, schedules, and construction-ready documentation
Work closely with BIM leads and engineers to meet project milestones
Experience & Skills Required:
Minimum 5 years
of experience in
electrical BIM modeling
Prior experience on
Middle East projects
(Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, etc.) is essential
Strong working knowledge of
Revit MEP (Electrical)
Good understanding of
power distribution, lighting, ELV systems, and regional codes
Ability to work independently while maintaining coordination with the project team
Additional Experience (Preferred):
Navisworks for coordination and clash detection
Familiarity with BIM standards, LOD requirements, and execution plans
Candidates with practical project experience and a strong understanding of Middle East electrical BIM standards are encouraged to apply.
