We are seeking a

BIM Electrical Modeler

with strong Revit MEP experience and the ability to create custom families for electrical components. The ideal candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality BIM models and coordinated drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and coordinate detailed

Electrical BIM models

using Revit MEP.

Create and modify Revit families

for electrical fixtures, equipment, and devices. Prepare electrical layouts including lighting, power, and cable tray systems. Collaborate with Mechanical, Plumbing, and Architectural teams for clash-free coordination. Generate shop drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs. Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project requirements.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum

2 years of experience

in Revit MEP (Electrical). Proficiency in

family creation and parameter management

. Strong understanding of electrical systems design and coordination. Good communication and teamwork skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
