Job description of BIM MODELLER \xe2\x80\x93 ELECTRICAL Roles and Responsibilities: Preparation of 3D Models from Design 2D Drawings. Preparation of 3D Models for MEP services using BIM software Revit MEP. Modelling as per LOD (Level of Detailing) Services with Co-ordination between all disciplines of MEP services. Full detailing in Revit including plan layout, section, elevation, views. Experience in creating work sets and apply filters to the services. Experience in creating drafting views and title blocks. Annotation and tagging to the required services. Checking interference clash detection with all services in Navis works. Clash detection and Clash resolution. Basic knowledge of creating families in Revit. Preparation of Electrical working drawings for construction reference drawing Leading a team of CAD peoples for preparation of Shop drawings from tender drawings & Giving design inputs to the draftsmen for preparing shop drawings for Electrical drawings Attending of weekly coordination meeting with main contractor and consultant, workshop meetings various other contractors & packages involved in the project. Preparation of shop drawing for lighting, Power, & LV containment Load Calculation and Voltage drop calculation. Preparation of shop drawings for Cable tray routing, Detailing as per the specifications of Electrical Services. Preparation of Single Line Diagrams. Preparation of Distribution Load Schedules. Preparation ELV services as the CCTV.DATA Layout & Telecommunication Layout. Preparing Electrical shop drawings for Earthing system. Preparing Electrical room details and Elevations. Preparing Electrical room Cable tray riser sections. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education: Diploma / Bachelor in Electrical Engineering At least 1+ years of experience as an Electrical BIM Modeler Must Have Gulf Project experience .
