Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and verify

RA bills, final bills, and client bills

for electrical works. Handle

billing for residential and infrastructure projects

as per drawings and BOQ. Prepare

BOQ, quantity take-offs

, and variation statements. Coordinate with

site engineers, contractors, and consultants

for billing-related matters. Maintain records of

work progress, measurements, and certifications

. Prepare

monthly billing reports

and reconciliation statements. Ensure billing is in line with

contract terms and project schedules

. Assist in

cost control, budgeting, and material reconciliation

.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of

electrical billing, BOQ, and rate analysis

. Experience in

residential and infrastructure projects

is mandatory. Proficiency in

MS Excel

and basic billing software/tools. Understanding of

contract conditions and billing procedures

. Good coordination and communication skills.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering

.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidate with

minimum 5 years of relevant experience

in electrical billing. Experience in

high-rise residential and infra projects

will be an added advantage. Ability to work independently and meet billing deadlines.
