Job Title:

Electrical Automation Engineer

Location:

Alandi, Pune

Qualification:

Diploma or BE Electrical or relevant field

Experience:

4- 12 Years experience in the relevant field

Compensation:

4-10 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Program, configure, and integrate PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, and Servo systems. Work on platforms including Siemens, Rockwell, and Mitsubishi. Develop programs using Ladder Diagram, Function Blocks, and Structured Text Language. Configure devices as per supply order specifications. Perform table/assembly shop testing as proof of concept. Troubleshoot, debug, and modify PLC/HMI/SCADA code on-site. Review offline PLC & HMI programs with the assigned team. Participate in Design Approval Processes (DAP) with customers. Prepare and review Operations & Maintenance manuals. Educate, train, and mentor junior colleagues. Provide technical support to customers. Travel frequently to client sites (approximately 80% fieldwork and 20% factory work).

Key Skills:

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP ERP System, MS Excel, and other relevant tools. Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer and internal
coordination.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Team Player Strong Communication Skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
