We're looking for a

proactive Electrical Assembly & Field Technician

who can build, solder, assemble, test, and troubleshoot our AUV systems both in the lab and in the field. If you take ownership of your work, love working with your hands, and can adapt quickly, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Do

Assemble and wire prototypes, harnesses, and sub-systems for AUVs Perform

high-quality soldering

(through-hole & surface mount) Build and rework PCBAs, cables, and connectors to required standards Assist in

field testing

setup, operate, and monitor systems during trials Disassemble, repair, and reassemble hardware based on test results Troubleshoot electrical issues using standard test tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.) Work closely with engineers to improve designs and reliability

Must-Haves

1-7 years of experience in electronics assembly, repair, or prototyping Strong soldering and harness assembly skills Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams Comfortable with assembly/disassembly and hands-on troubleshooting Proactive, ownership-driven mindset

Nice-to-Haves

IPC soldering certifications (IPC-7711/IPC-610/IPC-620) Experience with marine, drone, or robotic systems Familiarity with electrical CAD tools (Eagle, KiCad) RC hobbyist or tinkerer background

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
