QUALIFICATION :

• Diploma / B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineer/ Electrical Engineer/ Instrumentation or any relevant education with experience.
• Prior 3-5 Years of hands-on maintenance experience in any such Manufacturing industry will be given preference.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing industry like AAC, Cement, Chemical, FMCG, Power/Steel/Refinery Plants, Fabrication/ erection, project execution will be an added advantage in selection process.
• Must be technically sound, system oriented person, well versed to computers/new advanced techniques & different standards of industry best practices like ISO, IMS, Safety, 5S/TPM is always preferred.
• An active and enthusiastic learner having good communication & presentable personality.
• Be a pro-active, self-motivated, self-starter who is action Oriented and drives for results.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Core E & I Engineering base in Planning and execution, installation and maintenance of Motor, transformer, PLC,VFD, Electrical panels, APFC\xe2\x80\x99s, different type of sensors, Control relay, SOV, Starters, Cabling, limit switches, Breakers, fault Protection device, strong in control and power circuit logic, lighting system, Earthing, and earth protection system, DG & battery bank/back-up systems, Solar generation set-up, Electrical drawing, HT line maintenance etc. related to running plant maintenance.
• Very good command need over Preventive maintenance, breakdown minimization through RCA, Spare management, Maintenance System & methodology, Ele maint. KPI\\\\\\\'s etc & to co-ordinate with cross functional team for getting the job done.
• Preventive maintenance, breakdown minimization through RCA, Spares management has to be perform.
• Knowledge of Automation related project execution, minimal IT support/interfacing, instrumentation & tele-communication will be an added advantage in selection process.
• Maintain KPI\\\\\\\'s etc & to co-ordinate with cross-functional team for getting the job done.
• Must have the drive and self-discipline
