JD - Electrical & Instrumentation Technician

Maintenance of HT/LT panels, PLC, SCADA, PCC, PMCC, APFC, substations, transformers, DGs PLC & SCADA program backup, screen changes, software/password control (soft & hard copy) Study P&ID, drawings, field surveys; troubleshoot power & control systems Electrical & instrumentation spares audit (motors, starters, cables, fuses, sensors, UPS/PLC batteries) Weighbridge calibration, load cells, controller panels, printers Filter press, APIC JIG, thickener, blower & compressor panels; hydraulic & pneumatic systems Ensure availability of spares (valves, solenoids, sensors, connectors) to maintain plant uptime
