Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Testing & Troubleshooting:

Conduct comprehensive electrical testing to verify the proper functionality of automation systems. Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently. Perform electrical wiring tasks for control panels with precision.

Reading Schematics:

Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Apply schematic information effectively in wiring and troubleshooting tasks.

Cable Laying & Management:

Plan and execute cable laying for power distribution, signal transmission, and control circuits. Ensure proper cable routing, labeling, and organization.

Collaboration & Documentation:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, operations, and engineering teams. Develop and maintain accurate documentation of electrical designs, modifications, and troubleshooting steps.

Safety & Compliance:

Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations while performing electrical work. Stay up to date with relevant electrical codes, standards, and certifications.

Work Location & Travel:

Be available to work at customer sites as required. Willingness to travel up to

50% of the time

based on project needs. Sound knowledge of basic electrical and electronics. Should have experience with SMD/THT Soldering & Desoldering. Should have worked in electrical and electronics troubleshooting and PCB rework. Knowledge of Electrical Installation, motor control circuits and variable frequency drives (VFDs). Experience with electro-mechanical controllers, valves, and switches. Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as multimeters, ammeters, various testers, etc.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and control panel wiring. Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints. Hands-on experience with cable laying and electrical installations. Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements. Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams. Willingness to travel and work in different locations as needed.
