Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Site Execution & Supervision

Manage the

installation and commissioning

of metering pump skids and dosing systems. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal project teams for timely site execution.

Technical Support

Perform

pre-commissioning checks

, calibration, alignment, and testing of pumps and skids. Identify and resolve issues related to mechanical, electrical, or process control components.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain

site activity logs

,

daily progress reports

, and

installation checklists

. Prepare and submit

commissioning reports

and

handover documents

.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Attend

warranty service calls

and carry out preventive/corrective maintenance. Provide root cause analysis of breakdowns or operational issues.

Client Coordination

Train client operators and maintenance staff on system operation and upkeep. Act as a technical liaison between the client and company service or design teams.

Quality & Safety Compliance

Ensure adherence to

safety standards

during on-site activities.
