Job Description

1. Electrical Systems Management

Oversee maintenance of High Tension (HT) and Low Tension (LT) power distribution systems. Manage transformers, Switchgears, Motor Control Centers (MCC), and Power Control Centers (PCC). Ensure the health of DG sets, UPS systems, and industrial battery banks. Implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

2. Instrumentation & Automation

Maintain and calibrate field instruments: Pressure/Temperature/Flow transmitters, Control Valves, and Solenoid valves. Troubleshoot and program

PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers)

,

SCADA

, and

DCS

systems (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, or ABB). Interpret and update

P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams)

and Loop Drawings.

3. Compliance & Safety

Maintain rigorous safety standards, including

Lockout-Tagout (LOTO)

procedures during maintenance.

4. Project & Vendor Management

Prepare technical specifications for procurement (RFQs). Supervise external contractors during plant shutdowns or new installations. Optimize energy consumption and contribute to "Energy Audit" initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
