We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Engineer or Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design, development, and integration of cutting-edge marine control and automation solutions, with a critical focus on the Integrated Platform Management System. This role will be pivotal in bridging our core electrical and control expertise with the specialized demands of the marine sector, ensuring system reliability, safety, and compliance with global classification society rules.

Additional Skills

1. System Integration Leadership for following systems is required :

Propulsion Control Systems (PCS). Power Management Systems (PMS/PEMS) and Electrical Distribution. Machinery Monitoring & Control Systems (AMCS). Bridge/Navigation systems interfaces. Damage Control and Safety Systems.

2. Design & Compliance :


Ensure all engineering designs align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.


3. Technical Sales Support :


Offer high-level technical guidance to assist in the acquisition of new business opportunities.


4. Testing & Commissioning :


Direct the validation and final activation phases of complex marine systems.
