Key Responsibilities

Solution Definition: Architect integrated energy systems (Solar, BESS, DG) that precisely match client load profiles and operational goals.
Techno-Commercial Documentation: Oversee the creation of detailed technical proposals, cost estimates, and contract specifications.
Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary technical authority in client meetings to build confidence in complex hybrid energy transitions.
Project Leadership: Direct the full project lifecycle, ensuring seamless transitions between the sales, engineering, and field teams.
Design Oversight: Review and approve electrical and mechanical engineering designs to ensure performance reliability and safety.
Process Establishment: Develop standardized SOPs and workflows to streamline project delivery and maintain high quality across all installations.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure every project adheres to local grid codes, international safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Project Management Excellence: Drive rigorous adherence to budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful site handovers.
Technical Depth: Apply deep expertise in power electronics, grid interconnection, and control systems to solve complex integration challenges.
