We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Engineer or Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design, development, and integration of cutting-edge marine control and automation solutions, with a critical focus on the Integrated Platform Management System. This role will be pivotal in bridging our core electrical and control expertise with the specialized demands of the marine sector, ensuring system reliability, safety, and compliance with global classification society rules.


Roles & Responsibilities:


1. System Integration Leadership for following systems


2. Propulsion Control Systems (PCS).


3. Power Management Systems (PMS/PEMS) and Electrical Distribution.


4. Machinery Monitoring & Control Systems (AMCS).


5. Bridge/Navigation systems interfaces.


6. Damage Control and Safety Systems.


7. Design & Compliance


8. Technical Sales Support


9. Testing & Commissioning
