The Project Manager for New Product Development (NPD) in the New Energy and E&E business is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional projects from the initial concept/feasibility phase through final commercial launch of our next-generation energy products (e.g., MicroGrids, solar inverters, battery storage, EV charging infrastructure, power electronics). This role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined scope and quality standards, aligning closely with our strategic goals in the evolving energy sector.
