In-depth expertise in Power Electronics design (DC/DC, DC/AC, AC/DC converters, inverter topologies). Strong familiarity with electrical utility standards, grid-tie requirements, and safety compliance. Proficiency with EDA/CAD tools for schematic design and simulation (e.g., PSpice, MATLAB/Simulink, Altium, or equivalent). Working knowledge of System Engineering principles and control systems related to power management and optimization (e.g., SCADA/EMS integration). Experience with functional safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262, or similar high-reliability design principles). Technical leadership and Design strategy Team & Project Management Cross functional collaboration & Quality Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building capabilities. Strong project management skills, including risk assessment and mitigation. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Executive Leadership).
