1. Lead the design and development of lithium-ion Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), including system sizing, layout, and component specification, in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
2. Oversee all technical aspects of project execution--from design through commissioning and operation--serving as the primary engineering interface for EPC partners and Owner's Engineers.
3. Support business development by identifying technical requirements, engaging with utilities, contributing to proposals and cost evaluations.
4. Review and ensure compliance with system designs and drawings with NEC, IEEE, and other applicable codes and regulations.
