1. Lead the design and development of lithium-ion Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), including system sizing, layout, and component specification, in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).


2. Oversee all technical aspects of project execution--from design through commissioning and operation--serving as the primary engineering interface for EPC partners and Owner's Engineers.


3. Support business development by identifying technical requirements, engaging with utilities and contributing to proposals and cost evaluations.


4. Review and ensure compliance with system designs and drawings with NEC, IEEE, and other applicable codes and regulations.


5. Independently lead and collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality electrical engineering, including oversight of consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, interconnection agreements, and overall project objectives.


6. Generate and update site layouts, single line and utility diagrams, and incorporate external survey, geotechnical, and consultant drawings--maintaining company CAD standards.


7. Support Operations & Maintenance (O&M) teams through training, troubleshooting, and staying current on emerging technologies, industry standards, and regulatory changes.
