The ultimate objective is to eradicate Unemployment problem to some extent.Job description: Roles and ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of customer issues and see problems through to resolution.Research, diagnose and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.Help Engineering learners at the study center and solve technical doubts and troubleshoot software tools related problems.
Create training content, train Engineers and Industry based talents.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
Prepare accurate and timely reports.
Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles.
Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.Requirements: Diploma or BE/ BTech or MTech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a reputed institute.
5 to 10 years of working experience in motor drives or power electronics development Expertise with modelling & simulation using MATLAB & Simulink, LT Spice, Ansys and Altium designer software tools.Proven working experience in enterprise technical support or as a technical engineerIn-depth knowledge of Electrical & Electronic engineering courses to work with an E-learning platform.Strong problem-solving skills.Excellent client-facing skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Key Skills: Passionate about changing the way millions of Engineering graduates learn globally.Super energetic and driven to spread better learning.A strong believer that good Education can create an everlasting impact.Someone who has strong communication skills and can persevere.Interested in speaking to, counselling and guiding students.Driven by the idea of helping children become lifelong learners.Desired Candidate Profile: Work experience with Electrical Engg domain or equivalent.Opportunity to work on IT projects.Exposure to IT and development.Work in collaboration with a team.
