Key ResponsibilitiesR&D Responsibilities
Design and develop electronic circuits, modules, and systems (analog, digital, mixed-signal).
Create schematics, PCB layouts, and technical documentation.
Perform simulations, prototyping, and validation testing.
Select electronic components based on performance, cost, and availability.
Conduct design reviews, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
Support firmware/software teams during product integration.
Production Responsibilities
Transfer designs from R&D to production (DFM/DFA support).
Provide technical support during pilot runs and mass production.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Optimize production processes for quality, cost, and efficiency.
Work closely with production, quality, and supply chain teams.
Assist in vendor evaluation and component qualification.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure products comply with industry standards and certifications (e.g., IEC, ISO, CE, UL, RoHS).
Support testing, inspection, and failure analysis.
Maintain accurate engineering and production documentation.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
