Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration (mandatory)
Additional certifications in HVAC/Electrical systems will be an added advantage
Experience requirement
Minimum
5 years of relevant experience
in electrical systems and air-conditioning/HVAC operations
Experience in hospital, institute, hotel, industrial, or large commercial facility preferred
Technical knowledge and skills
Operation and maintenance of
HVAC systems, chillers, VRV/VRF units, AHUs, FCUs
Knowledge of
electrical distribution systems, LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS systems
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and air-conditioning complaints independently
Preventive and breakdown maintenance planning and execution
Familiarity with
BMS systems
, energy conservation practices, and safety standards
Understanding of
AMCs, vendor coordination, and spare management
Responsibilities overview
Ensure the uninterrupted functioning of electrical and air-conditioning systems across the unit
Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and compliance checks
Coordinate repairs, installations, and upgradation work with vendors
Maintain logbooks, maintenance records, and downtime reports
Ensure adherence to safety, statutory, and quality standards
Support during infrastructure expansion or renovation projects

Willingness to work in shifts/on-call if required
