Track the health, location, and performance of the EV bikes through a centralized dashboard.
Incident Management:
Identify faults, breakdowns, and anomalies in vehicle performance; initiate troubleshooting or escalate as needed.
Remote Diagnostics:
Utilize telematics data to diagnose and resolve vehicle-related issues remotely.
Coordination:
Work closely with field technicians, service teams, and customer support to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze data trends to predict potential failures, optimize fleet efficiency, and provide periodic reports to management.
Customer Support Liaison:
Assist in resolving customer complaints related to vehicle functionality and performance.
Process Improvement:
Identify gaps in current monitoring and response protocols; suggest and implement improvements.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all vehicles adhere to regulatory and safety guidelines through active monitoring and alerts.
Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
Freshers can apply, 1-3 years of experience in command center operations, fleet management may be preferred (EV industry experience is a plus).
Strong understanding of IoT, telematics systems, and vehicle diagnostics.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) is an advantage.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
