About the Role

Udayan Care is seeking an

EV Repair Trainer

to deliver hands-on and classroom-based training in

Electric Vehicle (EV) maintenance and repair

. The role is aimed at empowering underserved youth with employable technical skills in the growing EV sector.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver practical and theoretical training on EV systems, battery management, motor controllers, and diagnostics. Maintain and update training materials and workshop tools as per industry standards. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all practical sessions. Conduct student assessments and provide feedback. Support student mobilization, certification, and placement efforts. Coordinate with industry partners for exposure visits and job placements.

Requirements

Graduate in any stream with a

minimum 1-year diploma in EV Repair or Battery Management Systems

.

2+ years

of hands-on experience in EV maintenance or related field. Strong communication and classroom facilitation skills. Willingness to travel for outreach and program activities.
