Install, maintain and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, panels, control systems and distribution networks (lighting, sockets, conduits). Foundit+1 Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, maintenance logs. Coordinate with other trades (mechanical, HVAC, construction) and project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks. Undertake preventive maintenance inspections for both electrical and plumbing systems, propose improvements or upgrades. Maintain tools, equipment and stock of consumables; abide by safety equipment use (PPE), safe work practices; raise workplace hazards. In livestock/farm setting: ensure that electrical and plumbing systems support animal housing, utilities (water heating, drainage, ventilation), feed/waste systems reliably.
