Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced

Electrical and Mechanical Engineer

to lead the management and maintenance of

steam lines, water pipelines, and compressed air systems

in our textile manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on expertise in utility operations essential for textile production.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, installation, and maintenance of

utility systems

- including

steam distribution, water supply, and compressed air lines

. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all related mechanical and electrical utility equipment. Monitor the performance and efficiency of utility systems, ensuring

minimal downtime

and

maximum productivity

across the facility. Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to utility pipelines, boilers, compressors, pumps, and control systems. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, safety, etc.) to ensure smooth plant operations. Ensure all work complies with

industry regulations

,

safety standards

, and

environmental norms

. Mentor and guide junior engineers and maintenance teams. Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and upgrade plans.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in

Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

.

Minimum 15 years of experience

in utility systems management in a

textile or heavy manufacturing environment

. Strong knowledge of

steam line networks

,

industrial water systems

,

compressed air systems

, and associated

mechanical/electrical equipment

. Experience in working with

boilers, pumps, compressors, motors

, and

control panels

. Proficient in technical documentation, project execution, and energy efficiency planning.
