Maintenance & Repair:

Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, identify faulty components, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.

Inspection:

Conduct regular inspections of machinery and facilities to ensure proper functioning and adherence to safety and health standards.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate logs and records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and equipment performance.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, procedures, and established safety rules.

Documentation:

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to guide maintenance and repair tasks.

Collaboration:

Work with operations teams to minimize disruptions and coordinate maintenance activities and equipment downtime.

Process Improvement:

Suggest and implement improvements to maintenance processes to increase efficiency and equipment reliability.
Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training in a related field is preferred.

Experience:

Proven experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems, including their operation and troubleshooting.

Reading Skills:

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.

Computer Proficiency:

Basic computer skills for entering maintenance data and using maintenance management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
