2. Key Responsibilities
Instructional Design & Content Development
Develop storyboards, scripts, and learning materials based on training requirements.
Convert raw content into structured, learner-friendly e-learning modules.
Apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, etc.) to create effective learning experiences.
Develop assessments, quizzes, job aids, and microlearning content.
E-Learning Strategy & Planning
Support in designing e-learning strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct learner needs analysis and understand target audience behaviour.
Assist in planning learning journeys, curriculum mapping, and user flow for digital training.
UX/UI & Visual Design
Create intuitive and visually appealing layouts, wireframes, and prototypes for digital courses.
Ensure designs follow UX principles for smooth navigation and accessibility.
Develop graphics, icons, interactions, and animations to enhance learner experience.
E-Learning Development Tools
Work with tools such as:
Articulate Storyline / Rise, Adobe Captivate, Canva, Figma, Vyond, or similar software.
Integrate multimedia elements (audio, video, graphics) into course modules.
Test e-learning modules for smooth functionality across devices and LMS platforms.
Collaboration & Project Support
Work with SMEs, trainers, and internal teams to gather content and feedback.
Manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of learning materials.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for new learning ideas and creativity-driven projects.
3. Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills
Basic to intermediate proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Storyline, Rise, Captivate, etc.).
Understanding of UX/UI tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Knowledge of graphic/visual design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI standards (added advantage).
Instructional Skills
Strong understanding of adult learning principles.

4. Qualifications
