Job Summary



The E-Learning Project Coordinator supports the planning and execution of online learning projects. This role works under the E-Learning Project Manager and is responsible for day-to-day coordination, communication, documentation, and tracking of project activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities



Support the Project Manager in managing e-learning projects Coordinate with instructional designers, developers, SMEs, and other team members Track project schedules, tasks, and progress Organize meetings and prepare meeting notes and reports Assist with LMS activities such as course uploads and basic reporting Support content review, testing, and quality checks Ensure deadlines and project standards are followed Maintain project documentation and records

Required Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Education, IT, Management, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in e-learning, training, or project coordination roles Basic understanding of online learning and e-learning processes Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace

Preferred Skills



Basic experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Familiarity with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate - basic level) Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Team-oriented mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per year
