Lead and mentor a high-performing QA team
Develop and execute QA strategies aligned with business goals
Manage resources, budgets, and vendor partnerships for QA tools and services
Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate QA progress and outcomes
Analyze QA data and trends to make informed, data-driven decisions
Champion continuous improvement and implement industry best practices

Proven track record leading QA teams for eLearning products
Expertise in testing methodologies, automation tools, and QA frameworks
Strong data analytics skills to derive insights and guide QA strategies

Financial acumen to manage QA budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., CMQ/OE, Six Sigma Black Belt, QMS) are a plus
