We are looking for a skilled E-Learning Developer to join our team. The primary focus of this role is the development and creation of engaging e-learning content.

Key Responsibilities

E-Learning Development Expertise: Proficiency in developing interactive and impactful e-learning modules, focusing on creating engaging content that aligns with learning objectives. Utilization of Authoring Tools: Experience and proficiency in using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline to create interactive and visually appealing e-learning materials. Multimedia Content Creation: Ability to create multimedia assets like videos, animations, and graphics to enhance the learning experience.
Preferred Skills:

Understanding of Instructional Design: While not mandatory, familiarity with instructional design principles is beneficial and can contribute to the overall quality of e-learning content.
Qualifications:

2-3 Years of E-Learning Development Experience: Demonstrated experience in developing e-learning materials with a focus on usability, functionality, and engagement. Knowledge of SCORM Standards: Familiarity with SCORM standards for seamless integration of e-learning content across various platforms would be advantageous. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a Relevant Field: A degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
