Job Title: E-Learning Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced E-Learning Developer with a specialization in visualization to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in creating engaging visual content for e-learning platforms, along with proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Articulate Storyline and video. This role will involve collaborating with instructional designers and subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement visually compelling e-learning materials at various levels.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to understand project requirements and learning objectives. Develop visually appealing e-learning content including graphics, illustrations, animations, and interactive elements. Utilize Illustrator and Photoshop to create custom graphics, icons, infographics, and other visual assets. Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline, incorporating multimedia elements, interactivity, assessments, and branching scenarios. Ensure all visual elements align with the organization's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style throughout the courseware. Optimize graphics and multimedia elements for web and mobile delivery, ensuring compatibility across various devices and platforms. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-learning design and visualization techniques. Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and functionality of visual components within the e-learning modules. Integrate visual assets into e-learning authoring tools or Learning Management Systems (LMS). Provide guidance and support to junior team members on visual design principles, Articulate Storyline development, and e-learning best practices.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Instructional Design, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in e-learning development with a focus on visualization. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Articulate Storyline with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity. Solid understanding of e-learning development principles and best practices, including the design of interactive and engaging learning experiences. Experience in developing various levels of e-learning content using Articulate Storyline, including basic modules, branching scenarios, simulations, assessments, and gamified learning experiences. Strong conceptual and visual communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging visual representations. Experience working in a collaborative team environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards while meeting project deadlines. Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Familiarity with SCORM and other e-learning standards is a must.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
